
The Regulatory and Ethical Monitoring Board (REMB), established in 2003, includes representatives from all of the S&H business units and functional departments - from medical education to advertising to finance to human resources to digital.
These senior staff members meet regularly with the Chief Compliance Officer to discuss current issues, plan new initiatives, develop and provide feedback on new SOPs, and share case studies and best practices with the goal of being better informed and better serving our clients.
