Actionable, relevant strategic support to a brand and the franchise

IntraMed’s Strategic Services Team is a cohesive group of seasoned individuals with backgrounds ranging from a marketing VP of a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, to a PharmD with research and industry experience, to MPH and MBA graduates.

A Strategic Services Director is assigned to every account at IntraMed, alongside the Account Lead and the Medical Director. This client-focused team meets regularly to assess any changes in the marketing environment of the disease state and the brand, to review all ongoing projects, and to “strat”-storm new ideas and recommendations.

We begin with a question: Does your medical education plan effectively support the broader brand goals and audience needs, and are its communication objectives consistent with other tactical elements of the brand plan?

As part of the evaluation process, we:
  • Analyze and synthesize all data sources into actionable, relevant strategic recommendations
  • Monitor ongoing market and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Participate in and moderate client strategic planning sessions
  • Assess thought leader initiatives and create a thought leader plan
  • Translate strategic recommendations into effective and measurable tactical development and implementation plans

Our Strategic Services Directors are also able to partner with client strategic marketing teams to help develop overall marketing perspective and recommendations for a brand as needed.
